Our core focus is to bring fun physical exercise to as many as possible.  Hence we’ve partnered with Brisbane City Council for the past 9 years and hold weekly classes that are free for the local community to participate in.  Here are the next round of classes starting in April 2019:

Class Descriptions:

30 / 30 Fitness and Pilates workout: A perfect way to do both fitness worlds – a boot camp style cardio and strength workout, completed with a Pilates workout focused on abs and core. Each component runs for 30 minutes. All levels, shapes and sizes welcome.

Yogalates: Exercises with a strong pilates foundation to improve your core strength and yoga elements to improve your flexibility and breathing techniques. Feel refreshed by toning up in the great outdoors.

Pilates:  Tone stretch and strengthen your body into shape and feel great. Abs, buts and thighs are core focus to help you burn off unwanted fat. A number of levels are shown to ensure you can challenge yourself and increase your ability.

In addition to group classes running throughout the year, there is an opportunity to book in for personalised training programs for 4-8 weeks to get you started from your own home or in local park.  Sessions are able to accommodate small groups 3-8 people as well.  Mums with babies and children are most welcome to participate.  Sessions are from $30 depending on location and booking.
