  • Bubby Pilates – full workout for Mum, to tone & strengthen, whilst baby plays alongside, includes dedicated section for baby with baby movements & parachute play.
  • Barre Pilates – fun of the ballet barre & a very effective workout to help you work those muscles at a greater intensity.

Bliss Bootcamps

  • Baby Bootcamp is a fun cardio based workout, with periodic fitness testing and goal setting to ensure you work towards the body you desire.

Bliss Personal Training

  • Fast track your result with some 1:1 personal training, great way to step up and understand more about workouts most suited to yourself.
